1. The easiest program to join and make money with his Google Adsense. If you are not already an affiliate for them you should go and start a Blogger.com blog. This is a good time then to join their affiliate program because they want you to put Google ads on your blog.

You make money when ever people click on the ads Google places on your site. You really don't have to do anything to make money with this program except get traffic to a webpage and have them click on an ad.

Every time they do that you earn a small commission. When your check is over $100 Google sends you a check once a month.

2. There are many different lead programs available that you can join as an affiliate as well. These provide another simple way to make money because every time somebody fills lead form you earn a commission.

For example Max Bounty has an affiliate program and they pay money to you on a monthly basis to get leads for their advertisers. You will get an URL with your affiliate ID on it to promote.

3. Another thing to do is sell other people's products on the Internet. Amazon.com is an example of one of the earliest affiliate programs that you can join even today. Clickbank offers an affiliate program for e-books.

Regardless of how you do it every time you sell a product you will earn a commission from the affiliate merchant. You get paid according to their affiliate agreement which you agreed to when you joined the program.

4. Residual income programs are good because you get paid over and over for doing your work one time. For example if you sell website hosting you could earn a commission every month that your customer maintains their site. These are good affiliate programs to join and create long-term income.

5. Two tier affiliate programs are the last thing we want to mention. As an affiliate marketer you can recruit affiliates into a program and earn money every time they make a sale. This program is good for people who like to network with other affiliate marketers.

This is five ways you can make money on the Internet with affiliate marketing. You may want to try one or even every one of these.
